**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu. The Line Cook's responsibilities include setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment, preparing ingredients to use in cooking, following recipes and preparing meals, stocking inventory appropriately, ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion, complying with nutrition and sanitation regulations, and maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Line Cook
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry best practices
- Culinary school diploma is a plus
**Responsibilities:**
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report, and follow executive chef's instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
