We’re looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Vice President, Digital Communities to lead and evolve the digital engagement ecosystem across our growing portfolio of performance lifestyle brands, including CELSIUS, Alani Nu & Rockstar.

As we scale our digital-first strategy, this leadership role will be responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding brand love, loyalty, and cultural relevance through community-led initiatives. You’ll oversee and integrate five key pillars: Influencer Marketing, Community Management, Brand Ambassador & Collegiate Programs, Paid Social, and Social Media.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Marketing Operations You will lead a team of strategic digital marketers and work cross-functionally with Commercial Growth, Sales, Retail Marketing, eCommerce, Media, Partnerships, and Activation teams to amplify brand voice and drive measurable impact across platforms. You will also play a key role in supporting retail partner and distributor alignment through collaborative digital activations and community strategies.

Preference for candidates to be onsite in Louisville, KY or Boca Raton, FL.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and/or influencer/community marketing, preferably in high-growth CPG or consumer lifestyle brands
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and building digital-first brand strategies
  • Strong understanding of platform nuances (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and how to tailor content and partnerships to each
  • Demonstrated success scaling influencer and ambassador programs
  • Experience with paid social strategy, budget management, and performance reporting
  • Passion for culture, community, and performance lifestyle brands
  • Data-driven decision-maker with creative intuition and brand sensibility

Responsibilities

Social Media Leadership (Paid & Organic)

  • Adapt and evolve always-on organic and paid social strategies.
  • Optimize channel mix, content cadence, creative execution, and KPIs across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, podcast platforms, and emerging channels.

Community Building:

  • Continue to drive and nurture digital brand communities—turning consumers into fans and fans into advocates. Monitor sentiment, identify community trends, and real-time engagement opportunities.

Retail & Distributor Support:

  • Develop retailer and distributor-facing digital support plans that extend community, social, and influencer strategies into key accounts and field programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Retail Marketing to align on promotional priorities and amplify brand moments at retail through digital storytelling.
  • Participate in select in-person or virtual meetings with retail and distributor partners to present community plans and performance insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Brand, Creative, Retail Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to ensure consistent storytelling, audience targeting, and unified KPIs.

Measurement & Insights:

  • Establish best-in-class reporting frameworks and performance dashboards to measure ROI, engagement, reach, sentiment, and community health.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
