PART-TIME MARKETING AND BRAND COORDINATOR/IN-HOUSE
Core Purpose of the Role
A Law Firm is seeking a part-time Marketing and Brand Coordinator - IN HOUSE - to support the Company's visibility, reputation, and growth through consistent, professional marketing execution, especially around events, recognition, and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Execution
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, and client events
- Support Firm vision and brand consistency across materials
- Assist with award submissions, recognitions, and community features
- Recommend and source branded SWAG aligned with Firm image
- Ensure brand consistency across print, digital, and event materials
Digital Presence & Reputation
- Manage and monitor Google Reviews (requests, follow-ups, responses in coordination with leadership)
- Assist with website content updates and marketing collateral (working with vendors as needed)
- Support light social media or email campaign execution
Vendor & Project Coordination
- Liaison with printers, designers, photographers, marketing vendors
- Track timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
- Maintain organized marketing files and assets
Event and Community Engagement
- Assist with community partnerships and sponsorships
- Attend events and seminars in-house and occasionally off-hours
- Ensure professional on-site presence for the Firm
Required Experience and Skills
Ideal Background
- 3–7 years of marketing experience (law firm experience a bonus)
- Experience in professional services preferred (law firm, accounting, financial services)
- Comfortable working independently with minimal instruction
- Strong project management and follow-through
- Polished communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized, deadline-driven, and brand-conscious
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Canva
- CRM or email marketing platforms
Hourly Pay Range (Part-Time)
- $28 – $35 per hour, depending on experience
Weekly Hours Expectation
- 20–25 hours/week
