We’re looking for a detail-driven, highly organized Payroll Clerk / HR Administrator to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring payroll accuracy, supporting HR processes, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

What You’ll Do
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Review and audit timecards, schedules, sick and PTO to ensure proper coding and approvals.
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies, wage questions, and associate inquiries.
- Assist with new-hire onboarding, employment documentation, and HR file maintenance.
- Support I-9, E-Verify, and other regulatory compliance tasks.
- Maintain employee records and support HR reporting, audits, and general administration.
- Partner with management on payroll corrections, hours tracking, and deadline management.
- Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment support, and plan changes.
- Additional responsibilities as req.
Requirements:What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environment.
- Working knowledge of wage & hour laws, timekeeping rules, and payroll compliance.
- Experience with HR support functions (onboarding, documentation, employee files, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work with confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset.
- Experience with systems such as ADP, Paylocity, RUN, or similar payroll/HRIS platforms is a plus.
