TrueHeritage Staffing is partnering with a trusted client to find an organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist. This individual will be the backbone of day-to-day office operations — providing exceptional administrative support, maintaining efficiency, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal team members.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper) and update records as needed.

Prepare reports, memos, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Assist with onboarding new employees and supporting HR or payroll documentation as needed.

Order and maintain office supplies; coordinate facility and maintenance requests.

Support leadership and staff with special projects and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1–3 years of administrative or office support experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
