Job Title: Customer Service/Order Fulfilment - Full-Time
Hours: Full-time position 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida
NitroFill, LLC. dba VSS Group seeks full-time Order Fulfillment and Customer Service Rep. Your tasks will include answering Customer Service questions, processing registrations and cancellations, and processing new orders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high volume calls.
- Display professional manners with all phone and email communications.
- Process one-off registration and cancellation requests
- Verify customer membership coverage.
- Learn our various tire warranty program terms and conditions.
- Enter new orders and send confirmation emails.
- Verify new order details and send clarification emails in case of discrepancy
- Analyze data to establish correct order quantities
- Work with the warehouse team to establish order priority
- Occasional data entry tasks and CRM update projects
- Basic office work (faxing, scanning, filing, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have several years of telephone-based customer service experience.
- Ideal candidate will have obtained the minimum college education level of Associates Degree.
- Ideal candidate will have some experience working with, or knowledge of, automobile tires.
- Excellent customer service and phone skills including: verbal communication, written communication, listening and professionalism.
- Must have extensive software skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office.
- Must be dedicated professional willing to go above and beyond in order to grow with the company.
- Must have a high level of attention to detail while maintaining productivity
- Ability to work a consistent weekly schedule onsite.
- Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish)
