Arco Supply, Inc. is looking for a skilled accountant to join our team. With a competitive salary starting at $110,000 - $120,000. As the Controller at Arco Supply, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving financial success - working directly with the company president. Responsible for all daily accounting operations and human resources for a mid-sized business (approx. 25 employees). Full-time position. Includes full benefits.
Compensation:
$110,000+ annually
Responsibilities:
- Create and report financial stmts. to the owner on a monthly basis.
- Develop and monitor financial budgets, forecasts, and projections to support strategic decision-making.
- Monthly bank reconciliations.
- Weekly Payroll
- Cut checks daily and send out wire transfers.
- Work with the CPA to report taxes.
- Oversee all insurance policies
- HR Manager.
- Other accounting and support-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPA is a plus.
- Experience in distribution is a plus.
- Excellent references.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
