Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all daily warehouse functions, production workflow, and inventory movement at our Florida facility. This is a high-responsibility role for someone who thrives in organization, leadership, and efficiency.

Cannabis or hemp warehouse management experience is highly preferred — we are looking for someone who already understands compliance, product flow, and industry-specific warehouse operations.

This individual will lead a team, manage production schedules, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate shipments, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Because this role carries heavy responsibility, compensation will be strong for candidates with proven experience and leadership ability.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Workflow

  • Oversee warehouse associates and production staff
  • Create, manage, and enforce daily/weekly production schedules
  • Ensure flower scaling, preroll production, labeling, and assembly stay on track
  • Train and coach team members to maintain consistency and accuracy

Warehouse Operations

  • Manage all inventory: finished goods, raw materials, packaging, and supplies
  • Process, track, and organize incoming shipments and deliveries
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper storage procedures
  • Ensure all UPS and freight/pallet shipments are prepared, labeled, and shipped correctly
  • Handle large wholesale orders, palletization, and LTL scheduling

Systems & Reporting

  • Use warehouse management software to track inventory movement
  • Reorder supplies and packaging materials when running low
  • Keep accurate logs of product batches, counts, and output
  • Communicate operational updates directly with ownership and leadership team


Requirements

  • Previous warehouse management experience is required
  • Cannabis or hemp warehouse management experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain tight inventory accuracy
  • Experience using inventory management systems and other warehouse software
  • Ability to manage fast-moving production with multiple SKUs and deadlines
  • Dependable, responsible, and professional — this is a key leadership role

Vendor & External Communication

Communicate with vendors and service providers
Handle follow-ups, scheduling, and basic coordination
Management & Ownership Support

Assist ownership with task tracking and priorities
Help keep leadership organized and focused
Handle special projects and overflow tasks
Organization & Confidentiality

Maintain strict organization of sensitive company information
Handle confidential data with professionalism and discretion
Requirements

Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
