Role Description
As a Client Onboarding and Support Representative, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of the Actuvi platform for new clinics and for providing ongoing technical and operational support.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Guide new clinics through the setup, configuration, and launch of the Actuvi platform.
- Conduct training sessions with clinic staff to ensure their proficiency in using the platform.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client questions and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related problems.
- Document client interactions and technical issues.
- Create and update support articles and training materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate client needs.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing software support or implementation role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and explaining solutions to non-technical users.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare or clinical operations is a plus, but not required.
