Actuvi is a digital health platform that utilizes AI and automated tools to transform healthcare providers from reactive care into preventative and value-based care, making it convenient and easy for both patients and healthcare professionals.

Role Description

As a Client Onboarding and Support Representative, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of the Actuvi platform for new clinics and for providing ongoing technical and operational support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Guide new clinics through the setup, configuration, and launch of the Actuvi platform.
  • Conduct training sessions with clinic staff to ensure their proficiency in using the platform.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client questions and technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related problems.
  • Document client interactions and technical issues.
  • Create and update support articles and training materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate client needs.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing software support or implementation role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and explaining solutions to non-technical users.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or clinical operations is a plus, but not required.
