Job Title: HR Generalist Sr.
Location: Tamarac, FL (On-site at warehouse office)
Compensation: Up to $93,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Opportunity:
A leading manufacturer in the industrial sector is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR presence across three warehouse locations in Tamarac, Florida. This is a high-impact, people-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments and is passionate about employee relations and engagement.
Position Overview:
As the HR Generalist Sr., you will report directly to the Senior HR Manager and act as the go-to HR resource for warehouse employees and managers. You’ll be based in a dedicated office within the warehouse—just across the street from corporate headquarters—ensuring you stay closely connected to the day-to-day operations and workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as the face of HR for warehouse teams, fostering a culture of trust, inclusiveness, and open communication.

Conduct workplace investigations and support disciplinary processes with fairness and compliance.

Coach managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
Benefits & Compensation

Educate employees on benefits programs and assist with claims, 401(k) inquiries, and open enrollment.

Support compensation planning and help maintain equitable pay structures.
Recruitment & Talent Development

Partner with corporate recruiting to fill open roles and build a strong talent pipeline.

Assist in onboarding, training, and succession planning initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain HR policies, personnel files, and compliance documentation (I-9s, EEO reports, etc.).

Support HR metrics reporting, including turnover analysis and action planning.

Coordinate employee recognition programs and company-wide HR events.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.

5+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and investigations.

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is highly preferred.

HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $93,000.00 per year
