Job Responsibilities
- Answer phones call
- Friendly and courteous approach in person or on the telephone.
- Responsible for confirming information on sales orders for delivery daily.
- Process incoming mail, hand it out to its recipients and process pick-ups for customers.
- Preparing coffee, snack baskets and tables for various events
- Performing various duties as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
- Assist customers with cases.
Job Requirements
- Previous retail/customer service experience
- Stellar problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Ability to listen carefully and actively.
- Computer Literate
- High School Education or equivalent.
- Bilingual English/Spanish; additional languages are a Plus.
