Atlantic Coast Enterprises is calling all experienced Auto Mechanics / Automotive Technicians in the Miami, FL area to apply to join our team full-time. We pay a competitive hourly rate (Not Flat Rate) which ranges between $18/hr. and $24/hr. depending on experience and certifications. Technician commissions are earned and paid out every 2 weeks and range from $400 to $1400 and are based on store level Automotive Repair Net Sales. Hourly rate compensation and commissions earned can lead to annual compensation above $100,000. 
Technicians can also earn one-time bonuses ($500 Each) for certifications earned while a member of the company.

You arrive each day determined to take excellent care of our customers. They trust your competence, as well as your integrity to keep their vehicles running. Utilizing the training we have provided, you are able to correctly identify mechanical problems, provide preventative maintenance, and carefully address customer concerns. With your excellent communication skills, you give recommendations for repairs along with proper labor and time estimates. You then make the repairs and replace parts as requested. Your positive attitude and ability to stay on top of the latest knowledge and training ensure your success!
 
QUALIFICATIONS

<li>Physical ability to perform typical tasks required for repairing and servicing vehicles including the ability to stand for several hours at a time and lift up to 50 lbs</li>

WORK SCHEDULE
Our Lube Techs work anywhere from 15-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time status. The typical work schedule varies during our business hours and will include a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts--but no late nights. We are open 8am to 7pm Monday-Saturday and 9am to 4pm on Sunday.
