This position is located in Bartow, FL and is responsible for the cost-efficient design of precast concrete systems, connections, and components. Reviews and approves drawings developed from designs. Coordinates with drafter/modelers, coordinators, and other engineers when applicable to facilitate successful completion of projects.

Job DescriptionAbout the Role:We are seeking a Bilingual (ENGLISH &amp; SPANISH) Automotive Service Advisor with expertise in German cars to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for German automotive engineering and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. We offer competitive salaries paired with weekly and monthly performance bonuses, allowing you to earn an uncapped wage. Low to No-Drama Zone. <ul>
<li>Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and vehicle inquiries.</li>
<li>Provide accurate and detailed information about German automotive services and repair.s</li>
<li>Communicate with technicians to ensure the timely completion of work</li>
<li>Upsell additional services and products to customers</li>
<li>Maintain customer records and follow up on service satisfaction</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must have two years of prior experience working as a service advisor in a European automotive repair shop!.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Knowledge of German automotive brands and their service requirements</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Must be bilingual.</li>
<li>Willing to attend continuing education programs provided by the Employer</li>
<li>In the past, we have tried to hire service advisers from diffeant industries, and has never worked out.&nbsp;</li>
