Job Summary: Johnson Engineering, LLC is seeking a Florida-licensed professional geologist/hydrogeologist with demonstrated professional experience in Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and contamination remediation to join our Water Resources Group in Fort Myers, FL.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 or more years of prior consulting experience related to soil and groundwater investigation/remediation, groundwater well construction oversight, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) sampling procedures and regulations.
This position will not be limited to environmental due diligence and will require support on well construction/abandonment, water use permitting, Class I underground injection control permitting and compliance projects. This position will primarily consist of office work, but may require occasional field work, if necessary. Fieldwork is anticipated to occur locally near Fort Myers.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science Degree in hydrogeology, geology, environmental sciences, or earth science-related field.
· Strong technical writing skills. This position will routinely require compiling technical documents/forms; therefore, proficiency in technical writing is required.
· Ability to analyze and present data and formulate conclusions in concise and technical form (investigation/construction procedures and methods, and discussion and qualification of data).
· Experience developing graphs, data summary tables, and site plans using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or AutoCAD.
· Knowledge of regulatory requirements/guidelines and ability to review and interpret Federal, State, Municipal, and/or Water Management District rules and regulations.
· Ability to perform geological/hydrological research utilizing publicly available information and databases.
· Ability to work in a team environment and effectively communicate with co-workers and project managers.

SUMMARY:
The Lead Associate's primary function is to sell and promote Perry Ellis merchandise through execution of Perry Ellis customer service standards. The Lead Associate reinforces the Store Manager, ASM and Supervisors in ensuring the store meets its goals and standards in the areas of financial performance, customer satisfaction, and visuals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service Responsibilities

<li>Consistently provides Customer Service to company standard and lead team</li>
<li>Generates maximum sales potential in accordance with the Perry Ellis customer service standards.</li>
<li>Builds repeat customer base through excellent PE Loyalty Program data capture.</li>
<li>Maintains strong knowledge regarding product, promotions, and special events in order to communicate to customers more effectively.</li>
<li>Consistently foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members in a fair and consistent manner.</li>
<li>Effectively maintains floor coverage; acknowledges every customer; treats customers with priority over assigned tasks.</li>
<li>Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication.</li>
<li>Manages time and prioritizes tasks.</li>

Operational Responsibilities

<li>The lead associate will step in when the supervisor/keyholder is not present</li>
<li>Keep merchandise filled to appropriate levels on the sales floor.</li>
<li>Ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained.</li>
<li>Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures.</li>
<li>Practices excellent customer service at all times in order to prevent possible theft.</li>
<li>Demonstrates awareness of store sales plans and results.</li>
<li>Follow all operational policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Manage time and prioritize tasks.</li>
<li>Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.</li>
