Shalimare Inc. is hiring experienced DSPs for our Intense Behavior (IB) residential homes, supporting adults with autism and developmental disabilities who need structure, routine, and staff who know what they're doing.
This is full-time work with a steady, predictable daily routine. We're looking for people who show up, follow the plan, and understand that consistency matters - especially in IB homes.

What You'll Be Doing
As a DSP / Behavior Assistant, you'll provide direct, hands-on care during your scheduled 8-hour shift in an IB group home. That includes:

<li>Helping with daily living skills like hygiene, meals, chores, shopping, and transportation</li>
<li>Following behavior plans and house routines as written</li>
<li>Supporting individuals during activities at home and in the community</li>
<li>Writing accurate, timely documentation</li>
<li>Letting the Home Manager know right away about health, safety, or behavior concerns</li>
</ul>
This is active work. You are engaged, aware, and part of what keeps the home running safely.
