Go Local Promotions, Inc., a leading experiential marketing and visual installations agency in the travel retail sector, is hiring Visual Installers for part-time, on-call work based primarily at Miami International Airport (MIA). This role may also include supporting local market events and brand activations in Miami and surrounding areas, depending on project needs.
This is a hands-on, flexible opportunity involving monthly visual branding updates, retail redressing, promotional installations inside duty-free stores, and support for luxury retail and experiential activations outside the airport.
This is a W-2 employee position (not freelance/1099).
We are looking for reliable professionals with open availability who can respond quickly to short-turnaround requests. Many assignments involve overnight or early-morning installs, sometimes on short notice. Flexibility and dependability are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Install branded graphics, advertising materials, and vinyl wraps on walls, gondolas, lightboxes, windows, and fixtures

Redress duty-free store fixtures monthly per updated brand programs

JOB SUMMARY
It is the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Technician's responsibility to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines, ensure compliance with all customer expectations, internal quality, and Food Safety Standards and Policies.
Requirements:
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

<li>Sample pulling for shelf life, microbiological, and customer requirements</li>
<li>Pre-Operational testing of sanitation to include: ATP testing of surfaces, and evaluations of cleaning practices</li>
<li>To effectively monitor and test all metal detection units for assurance of metal free production</li>
<li>Packaging and seal testing, relative to container type – such as vacuum, pressure, or bubble testing</li>

JOB SUMMARY
The Duties of the HR Compliance Coordinator include, but are not limited to, facilitating compliance of the I-9 process, procedures, and documentation. Following up with new hires, verification, and expiration dates is mandated. This role is instrumental in working alongside our frontline production employees. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a desire to learn and become a trusted partner to both our production employees and the HR team. The HR Compliance Coordinator ensures that all human resource policies, procedures, and practices align with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as industry-specific regulations. This role works closely with HR, Safety, and Operations, to maintain compliance with labor laws, food industry workforce standards and company policies while supporting audits, documentation, and training initiatives. 
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

<li>Coordinate logistics of hiring days, recruitment compliance, onboarding, and offboarding processes</li>
<li>Assist the VP of Human Resources and managers with the hiring process, including submitting I-9 documents </li>
<li>Process I-9 employment verification by gathering the necessary documentation, inputting identification information into the E-Verify system, and troubleshooting errors or inconsistencies to ensure timely compliance with I-9 regulations</li>
<li>Validate new hire identification by assuring the provided forms are authentic, active, and compliant with I-9 regulations to confirm eligibility for employment</li>
<li>Set up and maintain employee files, I-9 verification and maintain human resource information system records to assist with external audits </li>

Overview
The responsibilities of our Platform team include building and maintaining all backend services, including, but not limited to, payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text to speech, and external APIs.
This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.

What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs including public TTS API, internal APIs like Payment, Subscription, Auth and Consumption Tracking, ensuring they meet business and scalability requirements</li>
<li>Oversee the full backend API landscape, enhancing and optimizing for performance and maintainability</li>
<li>Collaborate on B2B solutions, focusing on customization and integration needs for enterprise clients</li>
<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with overall product strategy and user experience</li>
</ul>
An Ideal Candidate Should Have
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in backend development: TS/Node (required)</li>
<li>Direct experience with GCP and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers</li>
<li>Efficiency in ideation and implementation, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact</li>
<li>Preferred: Experience with Docker and containerized deployments</li>
<li>Preferred: Proficiency in deploying high availability applications on Kubernetes</li>
