Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Facilities Shift Supervisor, the incumbent adjusts, repairs, troubleshoots and maintains heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Essential Job Functions:

<li>Performs all preventive maintenance on systems and maintains applicable log books.</li>
<li>Conducts walk-through inspections; changes belts, filters, adjusts air volume dampers, checks gauges, coils, drain lines, bleeds gas lines, resets compressors, check unit sensors, relocates ductwork and troubleshoots to locate sources and cause of malfunction.</li>
<li>Assists with estimating parts, supplies, equipment and labor hours needed to complete assigned repairs and monitors computer for malfunctions.</li>
<li>Maintains quality of air, air flow and temperature at on and off-site facilities; adjusts valves to regulate temperature of lubrication oil and flow of water through system.</li>
<li>Records gauge readings, repairs completed and time lost due to inoperative equipment.</li>
<li>Maintains technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel &amp; Casino’s policies, procedures and schedules to insure minimal interruption to business operations and to prioritize projects appropriately.</li>

Qualifications

Job Description
As a Construction Drywall Superintendent you will be tasked with overseeing the construction project from start to finish, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety, and prepare, daily and weekly project records, and reports throughout the duration of the project. You should have a strong understanding of construction operations and processes. It is important to be able to delegate duties to teams effectively and resolve any issues that may arise on site. 
Requirements 
<ul>
<li>
Associate’s degree in construction management or similar equivalent experience
</li>
<li>
Large Drywall or Acoustical Ceiling project experience preferred
</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura, BlueBeam, Plangrid, and Scheduling programs.</li>
</ul>
What You’ll Do 
<ul>
<li>Supervise, plan, organize, and control all resources and logistics (people and materials) for the successful execution of a project.</li>
<li>
Serve as the leader for all on site safety, managing a safe jobsite for all involved 
</li>
<li>Timely schedule and coordinate all inspections required by permits and governmental authorities through successful receipt of the certificates of completion, punch completion, and final completion certifications.</li>
<li>
Collaborate with project managers and site operation leads 
</li>
<li>Commitment to provide a positive experience for all project stakeholders, clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and team members. </li>
