What You’ll Do
Lead Strategic Operations

Optimize Systems &amp; Processes
<ul>
<li>Evaluate and enhance enterprise systems to boost scalability and efficiency.</li>
<li>Champion technology-driven automation and process improvement initiatives.</li>
</ul>
Measure &amp; Elevate Performance
<ul>
<li>Track KPIs and dashboards to assess operational health and identify opportunities for improvement.</li>

Lead Change &amp; Strengthen Culture

What You Bring

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).</li>
<li>10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, hospitality, or corporate strategy.</li>
<li>Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.</li>
<li>Expertise in enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI tools) and process improvement.</li>
