Qualifications
Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields (Master's degree preferred). </li>
<li>10 years of experience in pricing analysis, contract management, financial modeling, or commercial operations. </li>
<li>Experience managing RFPs and bidding processes. </li>
</ul>
Skills and Competencies
<ul>
<li>Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel and analytical tools). </li>
<li>Knowledge of pricing methodologies, contract terms, and negotiation processes. </li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. </li>

Job Overview
The Prep Cook is responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking and preparing food to be used as ingredients for certain cooking recipes as well as for the production of standard menu items.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Prepares a variety of food items like meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items.</li>
<li>Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products prepared.</li>
<li>Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.</li>
<li>Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period. </li>
<li>Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.</li>
<li>Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.</li>
<li>Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly.</li>
<li>Completes required tasks within assigned time frames.</li>
<li>Tracks and reports any food waste.</li>
<li>Opens and/or closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Assists others in closing the kitchen.</li>
<li>Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement. </li>

Qualifications

<li>High school diploma required and one (1) year of work experience in field.</li>
