Under the direction of the Asst. GM Steakhouse, the incumbent completes all set-up duties on time. 
The server will be responsible for selling the food and beverage menus to guests in his/her dining section as well as delivering food and beverage items to the table.

Responsibilities
A Intensive RN Medical Care Manager contributes to AHF by utilizing intensive nursing clinical skills and understanding the Ryan White Part C Program within their specific area. With a caring and knowledgeable focus, you will work collaboratively with the patients, our physician, other providers, and the Healthcare Center team to address the needs identified in the patient’s health and psychosocial risk assessment and implement a plan of care based upon the needs identified, facilitate, and identify service options for addressing a client’s needs. The Intensive RNMCM will consult with clinicians to develop treatment regimens that ensure optimal clinical outcomes, address treatment adherence education needs, provide coaching to promote adherence and monitor the results of referrals to complete Comprehensive Health Assessments, develop a Coordinated Plan of Care, and provide ongoing education for clients to self-manage their HIV by keeping their healthcare appointments and taking their prescribed medications.
 A Intensive RN Medical Care Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by utilizing strong core nursing principles, you will meet our patients where they are, identify strengths and opportunities for growth, and assist them with realistic goal setting. With your clinical skills, you will bring the essence of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Initiative - the safety net for uninsured HIV/AIDS patients - to our most vulnerable population. By assessing client needs and developing a coordinated POC, your work will directly contribute to AHF’s success in meeting the deliverables of our Ryan White contract. Beyond the scope of the contract, your work contributes to measures established by the HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) Measures of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

 AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
 The Intensive RN Medical Care Manager will work as a part of a close-knit team to provide intensive, coordinated healthcare interventions to assist patients to self-manage their HIV. Coordinate care for persons living with HIV (PLWH) eligible for Ryan White services, ensuring they achieve and maintain viral load (VL) suppression and are retained in medical care. Communicate with healthcare providers to coordinate care for comorbid chronic or disease conditions.
 Licenses and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN), or License Practical Nurse (LPN) with a minimun of 1 year of Case Management experience.
Knowledge of Ryan White Services is preferable

Overview
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible for managing and supervising the nursing staff and operations of the facility to ensure that patients receive appropriate healthcare services. They work collaboratively with the Director of Nursing (DON) and other members of the healthcare team to oversee and implement nursing policies and procedures. The ADON also ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintains a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff. 
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Supervises nursing staff, including performance reviews, hiring, and disciplinary action. </li>
<li>Evaluates patient care quality and implements improvement initiatives, collaborating with Nurse Managers and DON. </li>
<li>Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and organization policies and procedures. </li>
<li>Participates in policy and procedure development and hospital-wide employee orientations. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Provides professional nursing care as needed to respond to workload demands or staffing shortages. </li>

Qualifications
Education 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field. </li>

Experience

<li>Three (3) years’ experience in psychiatric inpatient setting with an additional two (2) years of supervisory experience. </li>
<li>Two (2) years of post-licensure clinical nursing experience working exclusively with individuals diagnosed with mental illness or multiple disabilities. </li>
<li>Regulatory agency knowledge including The Joint Commission, DHSS, Centers for Medicaid/Medicare Services is preferred. </li>
</ul>

Licenses/Certifications
