<li>Personally acts to and leads team to ensure the safety of guests and team members and to protect the assets of Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock Live/Entertainment.</li>
<li>Implements systems to ensure compliance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and company/departmental policies and procedures. This includes review of current and new SOPs.</li>

<li>Communicates and advances with concert touring reps proactively. Execute and relay that information to Seminole Hard Rock Hotel &amp; Casino personnel and external partners.</li>

<li>Responsible for conducting investigations and working with law enforcement officials to ensure resolution.</li>
<li>Writes incident reports as necessary. Reviews all incident reports for accuracy.</li>

<li>Prepares and implements daily work schedules that mitigate the use of unnecessary labor and/or overtime costs while also providing the most appropriate staffing levels for any event, activation or project assigned.</li>
<li>Evaluates his/her subordinate’s job duties.</li>
<li>Coordinates emergency situations.</li>
<li>Develop department members’ knowledge and skills through education, creating new standard operating procedures, training, coaching, corrective counseling, etc.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations. While also ensuring all brand-wide training curriculums and Entertainment policies are being adhered to and embraced by all team members.</li>
<li>Conduct personal behavior and select, train, coach, counsel, appraise and retain direct reports who consistently perform actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.</li>
<li>Demonstrate commitment to assisting in the development of Seminole Tribe members participating in the Tribal Career Development program and, when a Seminole Tribe member’s assignment falls within your direct area of responsibility, act as a personal mentor/career advisor to the Tribe Member and submit progress reports and information to the Director of Tribal Development.</li>
<li>Ensure prompt and discreet notification to appropriate management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.</li>
<li>Attends meetings as required.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned including the periodic oversight of Security staff responsible for security related operations at marquee special events off property and the Event Center, Guitar Pool party activations, etc.</li>

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of four (4) years of Security Management experience in a high volume entertainment/casino/hotel complex environment or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
Basic Function – Assisting in the day-to-day management of the assigned location ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.

<li>Ensure that all operational schedules are fully staffed with qualified, trained customer service oriented employees</li>
<li>Prepare daily/weekly shift schedules</li>
<li>Ensure that frontline employees understand all aspects of their respective assignments, including applicable Airport and SP+ Curbside Management Joint Venture policies, procedures, rules and regulations.</li>
<li>Assist in training of operations staff and commercial vehicle operators</li>
<li>Monitor all frontline operations activities</li>
<li>Assist SP+ personnel in providing services and handle/resolve problems/complaints/special circumstances as necessary</li>
<li>Investigate all accidents and incidents per client requirements and prepare requisite reports</li>
<li>Ensure adequate supplies are available to all frontline employees including requisite inventories in booth</li>
<li>Coordinate availability, distribution and proper use of 2-way radios.</li>
<li>As necessary, assist frontline personnel on curb, in Holding Lot or where necessary during peak times</li>
<li>Coordinate with airport and local law enforcement to clear commercial vehicle Loading Zones, Ground Transportation (queuing) Areas and Holding Lot(s) of unauthorized vehicles.</li>
<li>Coordinate with airport staff and Taxicab Dispatch companies to ensure that an adequate number of taxicabs are available at the Airport.</li>
<li>Coordinate collection and delivery of trip tickets</li>
<li>Complete Shift Reports</li>
<li>Conduct periodic frontline employee performance reviews</li>
<li>Monitor all assigned work areas to ensure safe and clean working conditions</li>

Qualifications
