Position Overview

In this position, you make it possible for patients to recuperate from illness or injury in the comfort of their own home.
Essential Job Functions:

<li>Perform initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility, coordination, strength and current level of function. </li>
<li>Responsible for administration, evaluation, and interpretation of tests and measurements to determine functional goals and outcomes. </li>

<li>Documents according to policy and procedure and requires minimal supervision or instruction. </li>
<li>Documents effectively resulting in no technical or clinical denials subsequent to review of documentation by payers </li>
<li>Maintain effective communication between staff, healthcare team members and family. Serve as a resource consultant for clinical staff. </li>
<li>Supervises other personnel (PTA, HHA) as applicable. </li>
<li>Completes OASIS assessments where allowed by state professional practice and regulation. </li>
<li>Follow policies and procedures and conforms to all applicable patient care standards, licensure regulations and state laws. </li>
<li>Maintain effective communication between staff, healthcare team members and family. Serve as a resource consultant for clinical staff. </li>
<li>Supervises other personnel (OTA, HHA) as applicable. </li>
<li>Completes OASIS assessments where allowed by state professional practice and regulation.</li>

You in This Role As an Electrical Engineer – UAV Electronics at Unusual Machines, you will lead the design and layout of printed circuit boards for a wide range of FPV and UAV electronics. You’ll own designs from early concept and schematic capture through PCB layout, prototyping, bring-up, and production release.
This role is highly hands-on and product-focused. You’ll immediately contribute to several in-progress designs while also shaping future product lines across flight controllers, ESCs, power distribution boards, sensor modules, and radio/FPV electronics. · Ensure services are only rendered when appropriate financial coverage or authorization is in place.

· Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to reduce denials and improve clean-claim rates.
· Support staff in accurate payment collection and financial communication.
Insurance, Billing &amp; Pre-Authorization Governance
· Ensure pre-authorization workflows for imaging, procedures, and evaluations are executed properly.
· Monitor outstanding authorizations and escalate delays when needed.

Staff Leadership &amp; Development
· Hire, train, coach, and evaluate all non-provider staff.

· Manage clinic budget, including labor and operations.
· Align staffing levels with clinic volume and performance needs.
