Duties

<li>Local port work and a mixture of OTR/Regional runs</li>
<li>Dedicated vessel work in the ports and OTR work based on customer needs</li>

<li>Still need drivers flexible to run 2 weeks out or at least 7 days. </li>

<li>Dedicated agricultural loads from the Tampa ports</li>

<li>Only type of dedicated &amp; local work in FL, the local work can be for 1 to 3 weeks a month, or some months may not have any port loads – all depending on the customer</li>

<li>Must have a Tanker endorsement &amp; TWIC for the vessel loads</li>
<li>Servicing 47 states</li>
<ul>
<li>Do not service CA</li>
<li>Try to avoid the NW states during winter months</li>
</ul>
<li>Drop &amp; hook, no touch freight</li>
<li>Detention $25 per hour after 2 hrs at the facility</li>
<li>Deadhead rates </li>
<li>Low mileage rates added for fair compensation</li>
<li>2022 newer sleeper trucks</li>

<li>The equipment is well maintained</li>
<li>Can take home equipment if they have secure parking</li>
</ul>

Your Role as a Personal Training Manager
As a Personal Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue, developing a high-performance team, and delivering exceptional fitness experiences. Education &amp; Certifications:

<li>High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)</li>
<li>CPR Certification required</li>

</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking.</li>
