Mortgage Loan Officer Position Summary:
Our licensed Loan Officers are assigned leads from different channels of state-of-the-art Technology and Marketing. They work in our direct sales environment speaking to clients across the US, building rapport, analyzing the borrower’s financial situation, and determining the appropriate products to meet our client’s needs in a fast-paced, high call volume environment.
Mortgage Loan Officer Responsibilities:
You will have full time management support
- Licensed Loan Officers receive approximately 10-15+ warm transfers from our contact center daily. The more you close the more you receive.
- After determining the best product for the client, our Loan Officers will lock the loan at point of sale, request initial documents, and submit a preliminary paperless loan package without having to process the loan or set it up. Once initial docs are received your essentially done with the exception of following up with your borrowers.
-You will have admin staff to complete most of the process for you!
- Each Loan Officer has multiple Loan Processors working with him/her to take the loan to the finish line, allowing the Loan Officers to focus on new loan originations.
Mortgage Loan Officer Requirements:
- NMLS SAFE ACT compliant, holding state licenses
- Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week
- Connects very quickly to clients via phone presentation; builds and leverages client relationships to get the job done

Minimum requirements for this position are:
Education: High School degree or equivalent with one year of manufacturing experience.
Technical experience: One (1) year related work experience, preferably in a high-speed production or manufacturing environment.
Regulatory experience: Experience working in a GMP regulated environment preferred.
Systems experience: Basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP experience preferred.
Aseptic experience: Experience working in an Aseptic Production environment preferred.

This position is for the Executive Chef for our upcoming location Toca Madera - Miami! This chef will be a key part of the brand and will work closely with the Sr. Executive Chef for Noble 33. Under the general guidance of the Sr. Executive Chef the Executive Chef is responsible for the overall food quality of all food items, controls COGS, trains and oversees all back of house employees and areas, ensures company standards and may be responsible for seasonal specials and menu changes.&nbsp; Duties &amp; Functions:

<li>Maintain constant quality control of all food prepared and ensure it meets the Culinary Director’s and Restaurant standards and is served on time</li>
<li>Understand the operational set up and principle of the restaurant</li>
<li>Oversee and collaborate with the Sous Chef at all times to produce the highest culinary standards</li>
<li>Chef is available to touch base with guest and wow guest on floor</li>
<li>Chef is continuously training and growing the team</li>
