Under the direction of the Recreation Manager, the Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring the comfort of the pool guests, as well as maintaining the pool deck and adhering to all of the Forbes service standards. 

Essential Job Functions:

 Under the supervision of the Pool Manager the incumbent is responsible for the following:

Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Players’ Club Supervisor and Players’ Club Manager solicits and identifies new gaming customers for the Player’s Club program. Maintains customer information while assuring the highest standards of data entry and guest relations. Responsibilities
 Assists in the development, planning and implementation of promotions. 
 
Essential Job Functions:
<ul>
<li>Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assists in the formulation of theme, format and budget specifications for specific promotions.</li>
<li>Executes promotions inside casino hotel, assisting patrons participating in promotions.</li>
<li>Ensures that promotion/event areas are stocked with necessary supplies, decorations and secures items at conclusion of promotion/event.</li>
<li>Ensures collateral materials for promotions and events are displayed prior to and recovered at the conclusion of each project.</li>
<li>Establishes reports and systems to monitor actual expenses compared to budget and take necessary action to meet budget guidelines.</li>
<li>Assists management in disseminating information about events to all impacted operating departments.</li>
<li>Interfaces with operating departments to ensure timely coordination of all events.</li>
<li>Executes budgets for individual promotions, records expenditures, charts budget variances.</li>
<li>Maintains security and confidentiality of files, records and lists.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
High School Diploma required or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience. College degree in Marketing or Public Relations preferred. Strong guest relations experience of at least two years required. Three years relevant experience in casino environment, promotions, productions, public speaking, or public relations strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of MS Office and Excel required.
