<li>Ensure branch adherence to AML/BSA requirements (Currency Transaction Reports, Suspect Activity Form, etc.), audit procedures, operational procedures, dual control, security, Business Continuity, and all other regulated banking requirements to protect associates, clients, and bank assets. Assists in remediating audit / scorecard / QC deficiencies.</li>
<li>Proactively helps to resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional and positive manner, escalating issues to the next level of authority as needed.</li>
<li>Balance cash drawer daily and monitors own work for accuracy.</li>
<li>Follow instructions and responds to management direction to help resolve more difficult customer objections, and solves problems in a timely and positive manner to retain the customer relationship.</li>

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Instruction of various yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques to members and students. </li>
<li>Greet members warmly and foster a welcoming, supportive class atmosphere. </li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of the studio environment for each session (e.g., lightning, music, cleanliness) </li>
<li>Monitors participants for safety by way of sequencing, posture modifications and instruction as needed. </li>
<li>Assist in promoting Trufusion related classes and events through engagement with members. </li>
<li>Maintain at least one permanent class on the weekly schedule. </li>
<li>Must be active on the sub list and sub at least once/month. </li>
<li>Maintain current certifications and adhere to studio standards and policies. </li>
<li>Follow all sanitation protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment. </li>
<li>Ensure that best practices and safety procedures are performed as required.</li>

Support for Daily Operations

<li>Report any member conflicts/issues to studio General Manager/ Assistant General Manager. </li>
<li>Monitor and report any facility maintenance or repair needs to management. </li>

<li>Minimum 1 year of group instruction experience preferred </li>
<li>CPR/AED certification preferred or required per local/state regulation. </li>
<li>Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li>

Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements
