Deliver high-quality, standards-based instruction in all core subject areas, including reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies.
Create and maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment that supports academic growth and social-emotional development.
Plan and implement differentiated instruction to meet learning needs of all students.
Administer assessments, monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust instruction accordingly.
Participate in UFLI Foundations training and implement evidence-based foundational reading instruction, including explicit phonics, phonemic awareness, decoding, encoding, and fluency practices with fidelity.
Maintain accurate student records, communicate regularly with families, and provide timely progress updates.
Collaborate with grade-level teams, intervention staff, ESE, ESOL, and support personnel to ensure student success.
Develop, implement, and monitor interventions through MTSS and document student progress.
Integrate educational technology and instructional resources to enhance student learning.
Fulfill all professional responsibilities, including lesson planning, supervision duties, faculty meetings, professional development, and compliance with district and state policies.
Communicate effectively with parents, guardians and stakeholders
