• Understanding of logistics and shipping processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Generic Managerial Skills
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• ServiceNow IT Asset Management certification (preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in device provisioning and depot operations.
