Testing & UAT
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and parallel payroll testing
- Validate payroll calculations, taxes, and deductions
- Document defects and testing results
- Review Florida PALM functional designs
Business Process Support
- Analyze business process impacts
- Provide PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll subject matter expertise
- Develop PeopleSoft queries
- Create desk procedures, job aids, and training materials
- Support change management and knowledge transfer
Project Management
- Identify risks and recommend solutions
- Coordinate Florida PALM transition activities
- Support conversion and cutover planning
- Assist with policy development, communications, and training
- Track project tasks and deliverables
Mandatory Skills
The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience with:
- PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Payroll processing
- ERP implementation projects
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
