Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms
- Ensure consistent supply of products at optimal cost and service levels
- Develop and manage supply strategies across assigned categories
- Monitor pricing, contracts, and compliance to ensure accuracy and transparency
- Analyze market trends and cost drivers to support decision-making
- Conduct supplier performance and financial reviews
- Partner cross-functionally to support product rollouts and promotional initiatives
- Manage timelines, production schedules, and inventory planning
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
- 4-6+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience managing supplier relationships and pricing strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
