Mandatory Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience on successful, enterprise level information technology projects
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in integration of multiple systems or applications;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements (functional and non-functional) on full life cycle development projects;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting JAD sessions with multi-cross functional agencies and stakeholders
- Minimum of 3 years of experience creating comprehensive Test Plans and use of automated testing tools;
- Extensive knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
- Experience with meeting facilitation and requirements documentation;
- Experience with business analysis and gathering and documenting requirements
- Ability to gather and evaluate customer requirements and needs.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills; and
- Excellent oral, written and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently or cooperatively with other software developers;
- Ability to deliver the assignments of the project in the agreed schedule, to the correct technical specification (i.e. defined to meet user requirements) within the specified criteria
- Accountable to the client assigned Project Manager for all phases of specific projects.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience with development in Java Frameworks (.JSF) and J2EE
