Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
- 3-7 years of substantive experience in construction litigation
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Experience conducting discovery, drafting motions, and arguing motions in court
- Deposition and some trial experience required
- Experience with mediation and arbitration strongly preferred
- Background in construction litigation, design defect claims, and insurance-related disputes highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in resolving and settling cases
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Experience supervising paralegals or support staff is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume caseload involving construction and housing-related disputes
- Handle matters through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and resolution
- Represent clients in arbitration proceedings and, where applicable, in court
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations
- Collaborate with internal teams and support staff to ensure efficient case management
- Work independently while maintaining high-quality legal work product

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $115,000-$140,000, as determined by experience and market factors
