Key Responsibilities

- Event Planning: Support the planning, execution, and logistics of company events.
- Employee Advocacy: Identify and promote opportunities for employee advocacy and engagement.
- Event Promotion: Assist with organizing and promoting employer branding events, such as career fairs and webinars.
- Content Creation: Help design graphics, flyers, and announcements for internal events and culture initiatives using tools like Canva.
- Feedback Collection: Assist with gathering employee feedback after events to help improve future programming.
- Administrative Support: Help maintain event calendars, RSVP lists, and event planning documents while providing general support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with content creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of event planning and logistics is a plus.
