What You'll Be Installing
Our crews install a wide variety of exterior site amenities, including:
- Community Mail Kiosks (CBUs)
- Decorative Street Signage
- Playground Equipment & Tot Lots
- Benches, Tables & Site Furnishings
- Shade Structures
- Fiber Mulch & Safety Surfacing
- Concrete Foundations & Footers
- Various Hardscape and Exterior Site Improvements
No two days are exactly the same, giving you the opportunity to develop valuable construction skills while working on projects throughout the region.
What You'll Do
Working alongside experienced field crews, you'll help with all aspects of project installation, including:
- Digging footers and preparing job sites
- Mixing and pouring concrete
- Installing site amenities and hardscape components
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Operating basic construction tools and equipment
- Assisting with layout, measurements, and installation
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Working efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
We're seeking someone who is dependable, physically capable, and eager to learn.
Required Qualifications
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-first attitude
- Integrity, reliability, and accountability
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
- Comfortable performing physically demanding outdoor work year-round in Florida weather
- Available to work full-time with early morning start times (7:00 AM or earlier)
- Willing to work occasional overtime when project schedules require it
- Ability to travel throughout the greater Tampa Bay and Sarasota areas
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous construction, installation, landscaping, concrete, or related hands-on experience
- Experience digging footers and pouring concrete
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment, including drills, saws, ladders, and hand tools

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM - approximately 5:00 PM
- Meet each morning at our warehouse near downtown Tampa
- Travel to job sites in company vehicles with your crew
- Hours may vary depending on project schedules and weather
- Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
- 90-day introductory period
- Opportunity for a pay increase after demonstrated performance and approximately six months of employment
- Full-time, steady work with a busy and growing company
