Applicant must have strong understanding of the Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS), Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and state board rule, compliance, Functional Behavior Assessments/Behavior Intervention Plans (FBA/BIPs) and Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Trauma Informed Care (TIC), Youth Mental Health First Aide (YMHFA) and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) principles. Applicants will be expected to provide individualized support, behavior interventions, and strategies for staff and faculty to implement at assigned schools. Effective writing skills, organization and interpersonal skills are necessary. Masters degree and certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board are required.
