<li>Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, project costing, and resource allocation. Ensure financial goals are met and monitor profitability of the division.</li>
<li>Business Development: Work to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiencies, and expand the company’s market presence within the restoration industry.</li>
<li>Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and safety protocols. Maintain a focus on workplace safety and regulatory compliance at all times.</li>
<li>Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to maintain a reliable network for materials and services related to packouts and restorations.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the restoration, construction, or disaster recovery industry.</li>
<li>Must have experience with Xactimate Software and other related project management software.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple, complex projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>In-depth understanding of packout processes, contents management, and restoration techniques (preferred).</li>
<li>Experience working with insurance adjusters and understanding insurance claims processes (preferred).</li>
<li>Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.</li>
<li>Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards (OSHA compliance, etc.).</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li>
<li>Ability to travel to different job sites across the state as needed.</li>
