Job Summary
The Paralegals work alongside attorneys to enforce and defend clients’ legal rights by drafting pleadings and motions; calendaring all events timely and within their due dates; participating in client meetings and maintain client contact; create and monitor deadlines for case progression; trial preparation; and finalizing settlement agreements.
Responsibilities and Duties

<li>Managing a caseload from initial filing through trial and post-trial </li>
<li>Draft and file legal documents and pleadings in State and Federal court </li>
<li>Draft and file discovery and manage discovery compliance&nbsp; </li>

Overall Function: The Infrastructure Deployment Manager/Project Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership to a team of technicians and engineers deploying mission-critical hardware and supporting infrastructure at customer sites. The ideal candidate will be an experienced team leader, ideally in the infrastructure domain. Experience completing medium to large scale Wi-Fi, network hardware, and structured cabling deployments would be a significant advantage. They will be experienced in task and performance management as well as working directly with internal teams and customers to deliver projects to time, cost and quality requirements. The ideal applicant will understand project processes and their appropriate application. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator and be willing to travel both domestically and internationally to customer sites to deliver projects.
Infrastructure Deployment Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

<li>Ensure all requirements specified in the project Statement of Work are understood and delivered upon</li>
<li>Manage project schedule and task assignment of resources to tasks</li>
<li>Manage multiple simultaneous tasks</li>
<li>Manage conflicts between multiple tasks, customer and site constraints in order to deliver successful outcomes</li>

What You'll Do
As a Veterinary Technician, you'll be a key part of our medical team, delivering high-quality patient care, supporting veterinarians, and helping pet parents feel confident and informed.
Responsibilities include:

<li>Assisting in surgeries, dental procedures, and anesthesia monitoring</li>
<li>Performing venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and lab diagnostics</li>
<li>Educating pet parents with compassion and clarity</li>
<li>Ensuring accurate medical documentation and patient histories</li>
<li>Promoting low-stress and Fear-Free techniques in every interaction</li>
<li>Mentoring assistants and fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence </li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For
<ul>
<li>Saturday and Sunday availability, this is a weekend only role</li>
<li>3+ years of hands-on veterinary experience in a clinical setting</li>
<li>Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, CVT) in the state of Florida</li>
<li>Confident in surgery, anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, and diagnostics</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset</li>
<li>Committed to low-stress, Fear-Free handling (certification a plus, and we'll pay for it)</li>
<li>Comfortable with technology, adaptable, and motivated to grow </li>

The company serves clients across Florida and is expanding its team. Responsibilities: * Inspect, diagnose, and service HVAC systems and components such as evaporator coils, condenser coils, and compressors. * Perform routine maintenance and handle complex system repairs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. * Identify and resolve issues in heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance. * Document all service calls, maintenance activities, and repair work accurately and in a timely manner. * Adhere to company safety policies and promptly report any potential hazards or incidents. * Oversee preventative maintenance programs for designated client accounts. * Manage tools, parts, and inventory to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. * Keep service vehicles clean, well-organized, and properly stocked. #zrsf Requirements: * Possess a valid Florida driver"s license with a clean driving record. * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and trace wiring systems accurately. * Experience with control systems or EMS is a plus, though not required. * High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred. * Must hold a Universal EPA Certification. * Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Demonstrates a proactive approach to safety and workplace procedures.
