About the Role
The Server is an hourly, non-exempt position within the Food &amp; Beverage department at HeadPinz and FastTrax Entertainment Centers across all locations. This role is responsible for providing food and beverage service within a safe, compliant, and well-controlled environment. Primary emphasis is placed on alcohol compliance, responsible service, guest safety, and risk prevention while delivering timely and professional service. Servers are expected to actively monitor guest behavior, enforce alcohol laws, and maintain clean, hazard-free service areas at all times.
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities

About the Role
The Guest Services Attendant is an hourly, non-exempt position within the Guest Services / Bowling department at HeadPinz and FastTrax Entertainment Centers across all locations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-controlled environment for guests and team members by enforcing safety standards, monitoring guest activity, and verifying eligibility requirements (including height, age, and waiver restrictions). While delivering excellent guest service is important, safety, compliance, cash controls, and risk prevention are the top priorities of this position.
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities
Safety, Compliance &amp; Risk Prevention (Primary Responsibility)
<ul>
<li>Actively monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with all safety rules, posted signage, and company policies.</li>
<li>Verify guest eligibility for attractions and activities, including checking height, age, and waiver requirements prior to participation.</li>
<li>Enforce all height, weight, and safety restrictions for FastTrax go-kart racing and attractions without exception.</li>
<li>Perform continuous safety inspections of bowling approaches, ball returns, concourse areas, track viewing areas, and guest walkways.</li>
<li>Ensure lanes, rental equipment, karts, helmets (where applicable), and guest areas are safe before assigning lanes or authorizing participation.</li>
<li>Enforce all alcohol service laws and company alcohol compliance policies, including age verification and refusal of service when required.</li>
<li>Follow all cash-handling, POS, and loss-prevention procedures to protect company assets.</li>
<li>Identify, report, and immediately address unsafe conditions, spills, hazards, damaged equipment, or non-compliant guests.</li>
<li>Maintain awareness of emergency procedures and assist in emergency response situations as trained.</li>
</ul>
Operations &amp; POS Controls
<ul>
<li>Accurately operate all POS systems in accordance with company procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure all transactions are processed correctly, including cash, credit cards, and vouchers.</li>
<li>Operate P.A. systems for safety announcements, race staging communication, and operational messaging.</li>
<li>Manage lane assignments and race scheduling with consideration for crowd control and safe guest flow.</li>
</ul>
Cleanliness &amp; Facility Safety Standards
<ul>
<li>Ensure rental shoes are inspected for cleanliness and foreign substances at issue and return.</li>
<li>Maintain restroom, floor, window, and concourse cleanliness to prevent slips, trips, and falls.</li>
<li>Remove trash, mop floors, and address spills immediately.</li>
<li>Assist with setup and breakdown of events while ensuring safe layouts and clear walkways.</li>
</ul>
Teamwork, Training &amp; Accountability
<ul>
<li>Support other departments as needed to maintain overall facility safety.</li>
<li>Participate in required safety, alcohol compliance, and operational training.</li>
<li>Follow all written SOPs, checklists, and safety protocols.</li>
<li>Promote a culture of accountability, awareness, and proactive safety enforcement.</li>
</ul>
Safety, Compliance &amp; Policy Adherence
<ul>
<li>Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.</li>
<li>Perform regular safety checks in assigned areas to ensure guest and employee safety.</li>
<li>Comply with all applicable occupational health and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Adhere strictly to alcohol service laws and company alcohol compliance policies.</li>
<li>Maintain awareness of emergency procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.</li>
<li>Previous experience in bowling, hospitality, food service, retail, or entertainment environments preferred.</li>
<li>Professional appearance with a positive, outgoing personality.</li>
<li>Must meet minimum age requirements (16+; 18+ for alcohol-related responsibilities where applicable).</li>
</ul>
Physical &amp; Environmental Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.</li>
<li>Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.</li>
<li>Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.</li>
<li>Continuous use of hands and arms.</li>
