Statement of Purpose:
Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day tasks of the summer sailing program. Skillfully apply the Club Rules and ensure safety for all sailors. Works collaboratively with the Sailing Director and coaching staff for daytime sailing instruction for campers. The Sailing Instructor will assist the Sailing Director in providing great leadership and excellent services to Members of the Key Biscayne Yacht Club.
Primary Duties:

<li>Diligent with daily planning to ensure the safety and engagement of all sailors in their assigned groups.</li>
<li>Assists with daily lesson plans and activities for campers based on abilities and ages and coordinates with the participants and parents. </li>
