Job Description
Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor. The Janitor position is responsible for performing all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned area inside a particular building or multiple client sites. Exact tasks of janitorial crew are not definite, consequently, must be flexible in performing assigned duties per client's specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming</li>
<li>Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and other objects</li>
<li>Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas</li>
<li>Empty trash cans for proper disposal; use of compactor for certain materials</li>
<li>Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and equipment</li>
<li>Spot clean carpets; assist in carpet extractions and shampooing</li>
<li>Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies</li>
<li>Follow housekeeping schedule</li>
<li>Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned, as required by the scope of work or customer needs</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six (6) months of experience in a janitorial type position</li>
<li>On the job training will be provided</li>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to follow instructions effectively</li>
</ul>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

We are adding experienced Automotive Technicians to the team. There are over 20 air-conditioned service bays with matching toolboxes provided. You can earn up to an $80,000 guaranteed annual salary plus production bonuses.

As an Automotive Technician, this position functions as a skilled technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs in all areas, in addition to being specialized in particular areas of repair.

 Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Receive repair orders from dispatcher and acquire keys to vehicle.</li>
<li>Diagnose cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.</li>
<li>Communicate with the parts department for any needed parts.</li>
<li>Perform a thorough safety check and multi point inspection to determine if any additional service work is required.</li>
<li>Advise Service Consultant if repairs cannot be completed within time promised.</li>
<li>Document a detailed description of the repair(s) performed to dealer and manufacturer&nbsp;standards.</li>
<li>Road test vehicles as required. Notify shop foreman of any test drives that will take longer than 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Verify that all repairs completed are correct and safe for vehicle return.</li>
<li>Ensure the customer’s vehicle is kept protected and clean during the repair process. Wipe down any dirt or grease before sending the vehicle to car wash.</li>
<li>Keep stall area neat and keep floors free from spills or slippery fluids. Mop as needed.</li>
</ul>

<li>Valid Driver License and clean driving record.</li>
<li>Ability to read and comprehend instruction and information.</li>
