Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Facilities Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for cleaning, adjusting, performing water sample testing and conducting repairs to all water displays, pools and spas. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Revenue Verification Supervisor and Manager, incumbent assists in collection, retrieval, storage and maintenance of files and documents pertaining to the Revenue Verification &amp; Accounts Receivable department. What you’ll do

<li>Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients through resolving client requests and concerns efficiently, finding new ways to solve problems that may arise, and communicating proactively with clients.</li>
<li>Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings.</li>
<li>Explain valet rates to customers. </li>
<li>Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.</li>
<li>Report all accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.</li>
<li>Know the area's major streets, landmarks, and freeways to ensure customers have a seamless transportation experience.</li>
<li>Come to work in your clean uniform every scheduled shift, on time, and ready to work.</li>
<li>Remain in complete uniform for the entirety of your shift. </li>

Qualifications
What you need 

<ul>
<li>A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record. </li>
<li>The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.</li>
<li>Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).</li>
<li>Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).</li>
<li>The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.</li>

What will I do as an Assistant Valet Manager? 
As our newest team member, you will assist to oversee all aspects of valet parking operations and guest services. 
Some duties include:
<ul>
<li>Ensure all associates are greeting and assisting hotel guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.</li>
<li>Oversee parking services and rates.</li>
<li>Event planning as it relates to the Valet Parking Department.</li>
<li>Responsible for foreseeing the possible impact all events will have on property parking operation.</li>
<li>Ensure client satisfaction through relationship building and meeting client requests.</li>
<li>Assist Valet Parking Manager with account.</li>
</ul>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Responsible for the proper functioning and operation of the valet parking facility and assist to make and carry out all policy decisions as approved by SP+ Hospitality.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of the Standard Operating Procedures of all levels of the entire parking operation. </li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures are being carried out by all valet parking associates while under his/her management.</li>
<li>Ensure all high level final decisions regarding the associates, client, operations and guests are run through the Valet Parking Manager for approval first before taking action. (Varying levels of authority may be assigned.)</li>
<li>Possess and use aggressive hospitality skills in order to portray an image of professionalism that is guaranteed to ensure total guest and client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Closely monitor the status of the parking operation that will include, but not be limited to: associate related issues, operations related issues, guest related issues, loss prevention issues and corporate office requirements. </li>
<li>Assist the Valet Parking Manager maintain sufficient staffing and ensure proper training and coaching.</li>
<li>Maintain and exercise the culture and philosophy of SP+ Hospitality at all times.</li>
</ul>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Works in the field managing Hospice Care Consultants (HCC) at a minimum of three days a week</li>
<li>Complete ride along forms for each HCC that time is spent with, delivering them to both the HCC for feedback and your Executive Director (ED) for communication purposes.</li>
<li>Manage the quota of each HCC and Clinical Liaison. Any number off the norm for and HCC must be submitted to the Executive Vice President, Business Development &amp; Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) by the 15th of the month PRIOR to the start of the quarter.</li>
<li>Each Director, Business Development (DBD) is to meet with their team (face-to-face) on a weekly basis; this meeting can be either in the office or out in the field. As part of the weekly marketing meeting the DBD should prepare and distribute an outline for the meeting, review Amplicare Reports to ensure usage and documentation, review the Call Log Report/Referral Conversion Report/ABC Report of active accounts.</li>
