Reports to Director of Banquets. Overseeing staffing and supervising of banquet functions to the best advantage of the client and resort. Supervise banquet staff and all service personnel in function rooms. Direct contact with clients and various department personnel connected to banquets.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

<li>Correction of mistakes and implementation of new policies to improve service.</li>
<li>Responsible for the general appearance of all service personnel in uniform.</li>
<li>Handling all requests and / or additions to functions that are made by guests during their functions.</li>
<li>Ensure all changes, cancellations and additions made by the Catering / Conference Services Department prior to each function are carried out.</li>
<li>Responsible for final check of function rooms before opening them to guests with particular attention to lighting, floor coverage, table presentation and cleanliness.</li>
<li>Final checks made with kitchen, stewards and beverage manager.</li>
<li>Maintaining proper staffing guidelines and keeping the best possible payroll percentages.</li>
<li>Responsible for all banquet equipment and its condition.</li>
<li>Attendance at catering meeting, food and beverage meeting, and any staff and convention meeting.</li>
<li>Varied duties to be assigned by Director of Catering / Conference Services.</li>
<li>Banquet Sales solicitation, including outside sales calls, as time allows.</li>
<li>Responsible for continual training of the banquet employees.</li>
<li>Must possess management and strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of labor cost control and scheduling.</li>
<li>Full-Time Management position that requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays. A varied schedule.</li>

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Two to four years of hotel banquet experience in a supervisory capacity required.

Join our seasoned, dynamic and fun team of Wine Consultants in South Florida! PRP Wine International shares our high quality products from all over the world with private clients through in-home and virtual wine samplings and events.
We are looking to add a full time member to our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for wine and loves to meet new people while creating lasting relationships. Our wine consultants are expected to schedule three to five in home wine samplings per week as well as attend meetings at our office and work weekly events. These events and wine samplings tend to be on evenings and weekends so if you enjoy a flexible and nontraditional work schedule, this may be a great fit for you!
Responsibilities and Duties Travel up to 1 hr to conduct at home wine tastings/events Using our computer system to enter orders and sample orders
Researching charities and events in the area that we can work with
Reporting weekly sales figures
Calling clients to confirm and book appointments
Keeping a database of clients to invite to events
Staying on top of industry news and trends Attend "Banner Stand Events"&nbsp; set up displays and promote brand *commission base per sale Send out required brand promotional materials via email to non profits/charity events around markets

The Asst. Manager Supplements &amp; Nutrition supports the success of the Nutrition department at Plum Market, which includes vitamins and supplements, body care, tea, baby products, and general merchandise. This role requires strong skills in purchasing, inventory control, merchandising, display execution, and team supervision. The Asst. Manager Supplements &amp; Nutrition will ensure the department maintains a well-stocked, visually appealing, and Customer-focused shopping experience while meeting margin and sales goals. This position reports to the Dept Manager and supports all day-to-day operations.

What you will do:
Deliver exceptional Customer Service by being approachable, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping Guests find wellness solutions across categories including vitamins, skincare, wellness teas, and eco-friendly baby products.
Support purchasing and inventory processes by maintaining accurate order guides, assisting in ordering stock, reviewing invoices, and participating in product selection and promotional planning.
Build and maintain attractive, engaging displays for seasonal items, health trends, and brand education to enhance the Guest experience and promote sales.
Ensure stock levels are maintained through regular replenishment, backstock organization, and effective rotation practices to reduce waste and ensure freshness.
Train, mentor, and coach Team Members on product knowledge, merchandising standards, and customer engagement practices.
Monitor sales trends and assist the Manager in analyzing department performance, identifying opportunities to improve margins, move inventory, and meet sales goals.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance by adhering to Plum Market SOPs and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Partner with the Manager and Store Leadership to implement strategic initiatives, drive engagement, and continuously improve department performance.
Act as a role model on the floor, fostering a positive and professional team environment that promotes collaboration, respect, and accountability.
