Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Have 5+ years of home remodeling experience in estimating and sales</li>
<li>Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) is preferred</li>
<li>Previous experience as an Estimator is preferred</li>
<li>Ability to forecast building costs and knowledge of estimation formulas</li>
<li>Strong mathematical and analytical skills</li>
<li>Skilled in relevant software (Buildertrend, Microsoft Office and other estimating software's)</li>
<li>Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Spanish A+ (Not a requirement)</li>
<li>Clean record and driver's license</li>
