The Registered Nurse – Home Health is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians’ orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.
Hours: Full Time visits needed Monday through Friday with 1 weekend per month
Territory: PSL County and Okeechobee Counties 34994&nbsp;
Essential Job Functions: 
• Develop a plan of care through physician orders, client input, and nursing assessment to include medical interventions and measurable goals and outcomes. 
• Educate clients and their family members based on client’s specific needs. 
• Properly orient and train primary caregivers to ensure the most optimal functioning level for each client. 
• Coordinate the continuum of hands on client care through documentation and timely communication with the client's physician and other caregivers. 
• Provide care in patients home using a variety of skills such as phone triage, patient education, observation/assessment, wound care, infusions, catheter care, PICC line dressing changes etc.

Requirements: 
• An active RN License in the state of application
• Valid CPR and Drivers License 
Preferred: 
• Medicare Skilled Nursing experience

Loblolly in Hobe Sound, Florida, is seeking a full-time, year-round Security Officer for the Morning Shift (6:30 AM – 2:30 PM). This is a set schedule with Wednesdays and Thursdays off, though flexibility may be needed on occasion.

The successful candidate will provide security access control for all vendors and guests. Security Officers perform visual and audio surveillance using cameras, technology, and in-person patrols. The safety of residents, members, and employees is the highest priority.
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Work overtime and be on call during periods of natural disasters or emergencies.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain a working knowledge of Florida State Laws governing Security Officers and the security profession, Loblolly policies, procedures, and rules, as well as Loblolly Communities’ and Loblolly Club covenants, rules, and regulations.</li>
<li>Read and comprehend legal and non-legal documents; prepare and process documents such as activity reports, citations, warnings, notices of violation, and investigative reports using proper grammar and format.</li>
<li>Gather information during security investigations by interviewing witnesses, victims, and complainants.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate in person and by phone, giving and receiving directions, mediating disputes, and advising on laws, rules, and violations.</li>
<li>Communicate coherently over security radio channels; dispatch patrols, relay incident info, and maintain accurate radio logs.</li>
<li>Stay alert to unsafe conditions that may pose hazards to people or property.</li>
<li>Extinguish small fires using fire extinguishers or other appropriate methods.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of uniforms, equipment (vehicles, radios, computers), and the security gatehouse.</li>
<li>Stay alert while monitoring the gate area, verifying all entries, operating the gate, and using alarm systems and security software.</li>
<li>Conduct both visual and audio surveillance.</li>
<li>Operate a patrol vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle in all conditions, including emergencies.</li>
<li>Perform patrol operations requiring physical exertion such as walking, climbing, lifting, crawling, and other demanding activities.</li>
<li>Secure buildings and outdoor areas by physically checking entry points and managing alarm systems.</li>
<li>Respond as a first responder in emergencies and accidents.</li>
<li>Exercise independent judgment regarding self-defense and safety protocols; be proficient in non-lethal defense tools per certification standards.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED; two years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Preferred: Knowledge of Avigilon and ABDI systems.</li>
<li>Required: D-Security License.</li>
<li>Preferred: EMT certification, Veteran status, or former Law Enforcement experience.</li>
<li>Must have a clean driving record.</li>
