Traffic Management Solutions, LLC is seeking Fleet Manager, leading in Safety, Quality and Performance for all locations for CDL drivers and the transportation group. The Fleet consists of pick-up trucks, trailers, construction equipment, and cranes. This position will be responsible for overseeing vehicles and equipment in our 6+ locations. TMS is looking for someone who wants to develop our fleet practices and grow in a fast-developing environment. 
Responsibilities:

<li>Purchasing vehicles to expand and/or enhance the fleet</li>
<li>Scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicles</li>
<li>Ordering urgent or emergency repairs as needed</li>
<li>Managing vehicle licensure and registration</li>
<li>Coordinate with HR to ensure all fleet members have proper licensure and up-to-date training</li>
<li>Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress</li>
<li>Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency</li>
<li>Directing and managing the costs of the vehicles owned or leased by their companies.</li>
<li>Assisting HR in creating policies based on company requirements, to address vehicle usage and driver behavior.</li>
<li> Evaluating and modifying operations, determining and enforcing safety protocols, and managing the maintenance and service of transport vehicles.</li>
<li>Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles</li>
<li>Complying to USDOT laws and regulations</li>
<li>Coordinate with insurance agency adding and removing insurance on vehicles.</li>
<li>Maintain driver list and keys for all vehicle</li>
<li>Handle all vehicle accidents. Gather information from driver in coordination with supervisor and controller. Report accident to insurance company and handle vehicle repairs.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>5 years of relevant work experience preferred</li>
<li>Mechanical experience or knowledge including hydraulics, electrical and diagnostics.</li>
<li>Basic Computer skills and knowledge. Familiarity with MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word. Microsoft 365</li>
<li>Ability to manage complex and dynamic situations requiring a well-developed sense of strategic and tactical priorities.</li>

Job Description
The Installation Technician will be responsible for quality installation practices and customer training during installation of services including video, voice, and internet.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Assist installation and other teams with customer activation of fiber-optic telecommunication in subscriber homes (e.g., pulling low-voltage wire); including single family, condo and apartments in various locations.</li>
<li>Install and service full video services, including analog, digital, and HD TV</li>
<li>Install, service, and disconnect telephone and internet customers</li>
<li>Punch down telephone lines.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe work environment by following safe practices and adhering to safety policies, which includes practicing safe driving techniques.</li>
<li>Install all types of CAT5/CAT6 drop wire and install connectors on CAT5/CAT6 drop wire.</li>
<li>Trouble shoot video, telephone and internet problems from any telecommunications demark to customer premise equipment</li>
<li>Troubleshoot IP issues from any telecommunications demark to customer premise equipment.</li>
<li>Successfully install all ancillary equipment provided to subscribers.</li>
<li>Test and tone all drop wires from equipment room to end user location.</li>
<li>Work on an on-call schedule rotation.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

<li>High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree in Internet Technologies is preferred</li>
<li>Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience installing, testing and troubleshooting cable, phone and internet</li>
<li>Must have Fiber Optic Cabling experience</li>
<li>Proficiency using small hand tools and larger power tools</li>
<li>Must have active and clean, non-restrictive, state issued driver’s license in State where hired.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable working on a ladder and all heights</li>
<li>Strong preference for Cisco certifications, CCT or CCENT entry level certificates and Microsoft Certifications, MCSA for Office</li>
<li>Ability to work days, weekends, evenings and holidays and participate with on-call rotation as needed</li>
