Advanced Mulch is looking to expand its staff by hiring a crew member for our mulch installation division. Using specialized trucks, we install mulch directly into the required areas of shopping centers, apartment complexes, and HOA's. Requirements:

<li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must be able to consistently pull 50 lbs (125ft) hose and lift 50 lbs</li>
<li>Self-motivated, hardworking, and detail oriented</li>
<li>Positive attitude and a team player</li>
<li>Must be able to speak and understand English</li>
<li>Bi-lingual skillset adds value to application but is not required</li>
</ul>
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Install bark and other mulches into landscape bed areas on various properties</li>
<li>Loading/Re-loading/Unloading of truck materials</li>
<li>Communicate with clients in a professional manner to ensure client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Perform precise clean-up of bark installation using leaf blower as needed.</li>
<li>Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and ongoing performance and reliability of truck, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting of repairs as needed.</li>
<li>Ability to take constructive feedback from Supervisors.</li>
<li>Proactively look for potential hazards, problems and overall safety as well as taking corrective action.</li>
<li>Manage time wisely and work independently as well as part of a team.</li>
<li>Exceptional attendance and reliability.</li>
