Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>The Bartender will set up, tend and breakdown bars according to standard policies and procedures in a fun and safe manner</li>
<li>Prepare and mix beverages for guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner according to standards</li>
<li>Practice prudent portion controls, maintain accountability of all beverages</li>
<li>Maintain proper and adequate set up of the bar</li>
<li>Maintain inventories up to par</li>
<li>Must adhere to all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests, ensuring all laws are followed</li>
<li>Communicate with supervisor any complaints or compliments</li>
<li>Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company as defined in the employee handbook</li>
<li>Always wear appropriate uniform provided by company policy</li>

Qualifications:&nbsp;

<li>High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required</li>
<li>Previous experience a plus</li>
</ul>
