The CSET shall provide management support to the FEAD/ROICC for construction services such as construction inspection, quality assurance, monitoring ESS compliance and contract administration. The construction work includes repair, demolition, and new construction that the office executes for various commands and tenants on the installation. Work will encompass all trades that are typical for repair, demolition, and new construction projects. Specific workload will be identified upon arrival.

Qualifications and Skills:

Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 40 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store. Trays of pizza dough are carried two at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray. 
 PUSHING: Pushing is performed to move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24-30and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled. 
 CLIMBING: Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. 
 STOOPING/BENDING: Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. Duration of this position is approximately 30-45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.

As a Territory Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping customer relationships and driving business growth. From nurturing existing accounts to hunting for new business, this role is all about passion, performance, and partnerships with the ability to drive earnings and incentives!

What You’ll Do as a Territory Manager:

Be the Customer Champion: Own and nurture the customer relationship in a team based selling model.&nbsp; Educate customers on ordering platforms and provide menu consultations, product recommendations and pricing strategies to help customers succeed.

Drive Sales Success: Your success will be measured by selling to customers, increasing case growth, and acquiring new business.&nbsp; You will do this through delivering impactful sales presentations and tailoring your sales approach to individual customers.&nbsp; Effective time and territory management is critical.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;

Team Based Selling: Work collaboratively with our Specialists to assist with top penetration opportunities and new accounts opening. You’ll also work closely with marketing, supply chain and customer service to ensure seamless product delivery.
</li>
<li>
Lead with Insight: Develop new business by identifying prospective customers by utilizing market intelligence databases, as well as business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
</li>
<li>
Delivery Resolution: Manage deliveries to the routing schedule published by the transportation department; troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process (e.g., delivery mis picks, short on loads, stock-outs).
</li>
<li>
Competitive Advantage: Know the market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services provided.
</li>
<li>
Stay on the Move: Drive your personal motor vehicle to conduct regular check ins, site visits and follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction. &nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
 SUPERVISION • No direct reports. WORK ENVIRONMENT • Daily outside the office environment working in your assigned territory, visiting customers in variable weather and temperature conditions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>
1+ year of sales experience preferred.
</li>
<li>
HS Diploma or equivalent.
</li>
<li>
A valid driver’s license is required, and motor vehicle record must be in good standing.
</li>
<li>
Foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred.
</li>
<li>
Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities.
</li>
<li>
Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business.
</li>
<li>
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
</li>
<li>
A competitive spirit with a drive to exceed goals.
</li>
<li>
Problem solving ability / organization and negotiation skills.
</li>
<li>
Team up mentality to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
</li>
<li>
Tech-savviness – proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
</li>
<li>
Have the ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 75 lbs.
</li>
