DAY-TO-DAY
As an X-Ray Technician, you play a crucial role in our quest to help our patients find true health and healing. You come to work eager to put your expertise in imaging technology to good use so that we can correctly diagnose and treat our patients. Each day is an interesting challenge as you undertake a variety of imaging situations. While performing the procedure, you set our patients at ease by listening to them and taking their needs into consideration. After completion of the x-rays, you examine the images to ensure that they are sharp and clear.
As part of your routine, you perform data entry to keep each patient's electronic health record (EHR) up to date. In addition, you pitch in wherever else you are needed to help ensure that our patients are receiving the best care possible. Seeing them progress and improve makes you feel great. Key Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Evaluate patients’ speech, language, and hearing abilities, recommending strategies to enhance communication and hearing.</li>
<li>Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, including OASIS evaluation and documentation.</li>
<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on care plans and provide speech pathology training to team members as needed.</li>
<li>Communicate regularly with physicians, addressing any changes in patient condition.</li>
<li>Participate in the periodic revision of care plans, updating the physician and care team on patient status and obtaining additional orders as required.</li>
<li>Educate patients and families/caregivers on speech therapy techniques and related challenges.</li>
<li>Confirm daily visit schedules to ensure seamless coordination with other staff.</li>
<li>Document all evaluation data, treatments, and patient progress promptly.</li>
<li>Supervise home health aides every 14 days when speech therapy is the sole discipline involved.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Must have a current SLP license (state-specific).</li>
<li>Graduate of an accredited speech language pathology program.</li>
<li>Valid BLS certification.</li>
<li>Minimum two years of speech therapy experience (home health experience preferred).</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable and insured vehicle.</li>
<li>Ability to visit homes that may not be wheelchair accessible.</li>
<li>Sufficient hearing, eyesight, and dexterity to perform physical assessments and demonstrate care techniques.</li>
<li>Engage in physical activities such as walking, standing, stooping, and occasional lifting or turning of patients.</li>

Job DescriptionDescriptionResponsible for leading the CEI team on a day-to-day basis. Must have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of FDOT construction engineering and inspection processes. Have the ability to work effectively in a team environment with client staff and external stakeholders and be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Your Primary Responsibilities will include

<li>Makes and checks engineering computations.</li>
<li>Prepares meeting agendas and leads meetings</li>
<li>Preparation of project documentation.</li>
<li>Material sampling and testing.</li>
<li>Verification of quality control.</li>
<li>Coordinates and manages inspection and project staff</li>
<li>Assists with preparation of the monthly progress and Final Estimate packages.</li>
<li>Interprets plans and specifications for Contractor and discusses deviations from specified construction procedures to ensure compliance with regulations governing construction.</li>

 What you'll need

<li>Requires a Civil Engineering degree plus 2 years of engineering experience in construction of major road and bridge structures or for non-degreed person 8 years of responsible and relatable engineering experience, 2 of which involved construction of major road or bridge structures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>FDOT Advanced MOT</li>
<li>CTQP Final Estimates Level II</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with approved/acceptable driving history required. &nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Attend CTQP QC Manager Course and pass examination.</li>
<li>Complete the Critical Structures Construction Issues, Self-Study Course &nbsp;</li>
<li>Position requires minimum of 40 hours a week. (salary)</li>
</ul>
KSA’s:

<li>Receives general instructions regarding assignments and expected to exercise initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems. Directs and assigns specific tasks to inspectors and assists in all phases of the construction project.
