Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in a car wash, retail, or service environment.</li>
<li>Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to oversee team performance.</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Sales-minded with a positive, customer-focused attitude.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li>
<li>Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. </li>

Compensation: Total Compensation range for this position is $16/hr. + commission, based on experience.
